Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at perfectpillcutter.com!  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

 We offer a lifetime, no hassle, money back guarantee on our Split Ease products.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.
Simply ship us the Split Ease and, at your request, either refund you the full purchase price or exchange it out for a new Split Ease.

​Returns

Should you receive a Split Ease product that is defective in any way, we will be happy to send you a brand new Split Ease. You are responsible for packaging and paying shipping costs back to our fulfillment center for the original defective unit to begin the return process. 

Refunds

If you wish to be refunded we will issue a refund to the credit card that was used for the purchase. You are responsible for packaging and paying shipping costs back to our fulfillment center. The refund will happen promptly upon receipt of the Split Ease back to our facility.

The refund should appear on your credit card in a few days from the refund initiation, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds can only be made to the credit card you used for purchase, and will not be made by any other method.​
